Sarah’s vision from years of working in commercial gyms was to get personal training personal again & provide with customers with the ultimate personal training experience, provide the best service/environment possible and take away all the hassle & anxiety of going to the gym. This as well as being able to help even more people by building a team of personal trainers with the same motivation and passion.
This is when Red STRENGTH was born.

Anna ClarkGym Manager
Anna had been training for over 10 years and through her own journey she has been inspired to help others and pass on her motivation and passion for training.
As a busy mum of two young children, Anna still finds time to train every day and wants to show other mums how important it is to find the time to train. She understands the mum life and the benefits of training on physical and mental health. Also the importance of being able to focus on yourself in order to create the best life balance with work, family and training.

Paul LyonsHead Trainer
Having completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in coaching and performance. Paul’s 9 year career in the industry has taken him to football coaching across America and Canada as well as fitness coaching and personal training here in the UK.
Passionate about health and fitness, Paul prides himself on designing and delivering challenging and progressive sessions tailored to each individuals goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Paul’s coaching sessions are about showing you what you are capable of and providing motivation, variation and guidance to meet your goals.
Paul prides himself on pushing himself in his own training specifically focused for running. He trains consistently for targeted 10K + 1/2 marathon races throughout the year.

Jasmin GillPersonal Trainer
Jasmin is qualified in level 2,3 & 4 personal training specialising in injuries, nutrition & sport. She is qualified for GP referrals & pre/post natal clients. She is also a qualified ski instructor and has spent a lot of time working as an instructor exploring the world.
