Sarah’s vision from years of working in commercial gyms was to get personal training personal again & provide with customers with the ultimate personal training experience, provide the best service/environment possible and take away all the hassle & anxiety of going to the gym. This as well as being able to help even more people by building a team of personal trainers with the same motivation and passion.
This is when Red STRENGTH was born.

Nathan GarnhamHead Trainer
Nathan is movement specialist with 22 years experience who combines personal training with corrective exercise and therapeutic techniques to help you exercise, live and move efficiently and free from discomfort.
This is a platform to then achieve your fitness goals whether that’s to become stronger, fitter or leaner, all with support from a friendly, experienced trainer.
Nathan also has a degree in Sports science & is a qualified sports massage therapist.

Samuel MelvillePersonal Trainer
Sam has been training since the age of 15, starting with gym work complimenting playing rugby at professional academy level. This then led Sam to pursue a career in Personal Training, having trained for over 10 years in different capacities. Sam is also a qualified Yoga Teacher and believes strength and flexibility work hand in hand in creating balance in the body and mind.
