Sarah JordanOwner & Personal Trainer
Meet Sarah – the founder of Red STRENGTH. Sarah is passionate about strength training and helping others achieve their fitness and Strength goals. Sarah is a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer who is also level 4 qualified in Strength & Conditioning and has endless success with her clients.
Emily MasseyPersonal Trainer
Emily is a L3 Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral & Outdoor Fitness Instructor. She is also a qualified L4 Specialist Practitioner for Obesity and Diabetes and Women’s Coaching Specialist.
Her passion to coach, train and empower her clients stems from having made her own life transformation journey in her late 30’s through health and fitness. She first embarked upon making life changes by joining a boot camp and taking part in Park Runs. Spurred on by her new found love for fitness challenges she went on to run half marathons and compete in obstacle race events. After losing weight, building strength, fitness and confidence in her own body, Emily gained a deep understanding of the challenges and mindset shifts required to achieve success. It is now her mission to inspire and motivate others, whether taking the first steps on their journey or well on their way.
Emily lives in Knaresborough, and is mum to three daughters. She has coached outdoor boot camp groups locally and worked 1-1 with clients she is committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals with empathy and compassion. It is her core belief that better health and increased strength is achievable for everyone no matter their age or situation.
Paul LyonsPersonal Trainer
Having completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in coaching and performance. Paul’s 6 year career in the industry has taken him to football coaching across America and Canada as well as fitness coaching and personal training here in the UK.
Passionate about health and fitness, Paul prides himself on designing and delivering challenging and progressive sessions tailored to each individuals goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Paul’s coaching sessions are about showing you what you are capable of and providing motivation, variation and guidance to meet your goals.
Paul prides himself on pushing himself in his own training specifically focused for running. He trains consistently for targeted 10K + 1/2 marathon races throughout the year.
